On the Future of TWR
I started The Weekly Roar in July of 2005 with Marty in his parents’ living room. Since then, we’ve both graduated college, moved around, and found new job opportunities. It’s been nearly eight years that Marty and I have been podcasting together. It’s more than I ever hoped for.
Sadly, Marty has decided its time for him to step away from podcasting. While it is sad to see him go, it’s completely on amicable terms. Marty and I have known each other since we were kids, and we’ll certainly continue to be friends.
That being said, TWR lives on. I’ve asked Rob Webster (of Quadcast fame) to join me in hosting the show. Rob is a fascinating guy, and his unique outlook on life will give the show something new.
TWR has evolved as Marty and I matured, and it’s existed in numerous configurations in the past. This latest move gives me another opportunity to shake things up and try new formats.
